Your App Store “product page” is the page that presents your iOS app to iPhone users in Apple’s App Store. This page includes your app’s name, icon, description, screenshots, ratings, etc. The primary goals of this page is to inform iPhone users about your app and convince them to download it.
Customizing your App Store product page
We’ll automatically put together a basic product page for your app based on screenshots of your app as well as the app information that you provide to us. You are also free to customize this page on your own.
Treefort dashboard
Certain customizations must be done through your Treefort dashboard. This includes:
App name
Icon
subtitle
Description
To update these values, sign in to your Treefort admin dashboard and navigate to “App” > “Settings”. Once you’ve made your changes, notify us and we’ll submit them to Apple for review.
We’ll keep these changes in sync for both your App Store product page and your Play Store listing.
App Store Connect
Certain customizations must be done through App Store Connect. This includes:
App previews
Screenshots
Promotional text
Keywords
Categories
You can learn more about each customization including tips and limitations from the App Store Product Page guide. To customize your App Store product page sign in to App Store Connect and select your app.
You cannot customize the App Store product page for versions of your app that have already been submitted to Apple for review. If the fields you wish to update are disabled this is likely the case. To resolve this, click the blue plus in the top left next to “iOS app” to create a new version of your app. When asked for a new version number, add 1 to the last segment of the current version (e.g. if the current version number is “28.2.5” then the new version number should be “28.2.6”). After creating a new version of your app you will be able to customize the App Store product page.
Once you’ve completed your changes tap us and we’ll submit a new build of your app to Apple.
