This guide will help you setup a free trial on a Play Store subscription plan via the Google Play Console.
Navigate to your app in the Google Play Console.
Click “Monetize > Products > Subscriptions” in the sidebar.
Open the subscription plan that you’d like to add a free trial to.
Click “Add offer”
Make up an offering ID (e.g. “free-trial-01”). This is for your reference only.
Unless you have unique eligibility criteria, choose “New customer acquisition” and “Never had any subscription” under “Eligibility criteria”.
Click “Add phase”, choose “Free trial”, and then set the duration of your free trial.
Click “Save” and then “Activate”.
Done! We’ll sync your changes to Treefort.
